Type and nature of processed data

Personal and/or identification data for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. “Personal Data” means any information through which the user may be personally identified and include, by way of example but not limited to, user name, surname address, landline phone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address, etc. The privacy policy of Cecchi Marianna SAS governs the processing of the user’s personal data, including but not limited to, the collection, use, storage and protection of information supplied by  and/or gathered from the user for the purposes set forth below. Data processing related to the online services offered by this Website is carried out at the head offices of the Company that is the Data Controller and is carried out by employees, collaborators or associates of the company Cecchi Marianna SAS. Entrusted with data processing, or by parties that may be occasionally entrusted therewith only for maintenance interventions. Non information deriving from online services is communicated or disclosed.

Data deriving from user navigation through the website 

During regular operation, information technology systems and software procedures used for normal administration of the Site acquire certain data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information is not collected in order to be associated to identified interests but, by its very nature,  it could enable user identification subsequent to processing and association with data held by third parties. This type of data processing and association is never carried out by the data controller. This data category includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users that access the Site, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the number code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data shall be used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information regarding use of the Site and to check the efficiency of the same and are immediately cancelled after being processed. The data may also be used and stored in the event of suspected computer crimes to the detriment of this website and for which purposes the owner reserves the right to transfer such data to the competent authorities in order to ascertain responsibility for the crime.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

Requests for information regarding the services provided by Cecchi Marianna SAS and to be contacted by the same company;

Methods of data processing – storage

The data collected are processed automatically and manually, by means of procedures and instruments aimed at guarantying maximum data security and confidentiality, by parties specifically appointed thereto, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 31 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03.
