One central gear holder to position half the belt and technical equipment + side tie-in loops for the ends of the rope.
On request, the pack may be fitted with a central partition to keep two ropes, or the two halves of a single rope, separate inside the pack.
The shoulder straps are not sewn on and may therefore be removed and replaced as needed, without having to buy a whole new pack.
The external floating pad is removable and kept in place by high-resistance Velcro. It is covered in PVC 900 g/sq.m and can be used to protect the rope from rubbing against the rock (5mm rope sling for a Machard already in place) or a fixo splint for emergency first-aid.
