This is a rope bag specifically designed for fixed ropes; to date, it is the only floating pack available, with large holes to drain water quickly. It can hold up to 25 m of rope (9 mm). The opening is large and rigid; once the closing Velcro is opened, the bag remains open, making it easy to pull out the rope.
M.0 is a carabiner that is specifically designed to hang backpacks or rope bags. The rotating eyelet reduces or prevents the risk of the pack-to-harness or pack-to-Tyrolean connection points becoming twisted. It is light, small, and has a twist-lock closing mechanism to keep it from opening accidentally while on the Tyrolean. WARNING: this carabiner is not a PPE, it has a maximum loading of 4 kN – NOT FOR CLIMBING –
A rectangular shaped section of low-density polyethylene foam, covered in PVC 900 g/m2, preformed and designed to be used as a rope protection device (rope sling for Klemheist knot already in place) to protect the rope from rubbing against the rock, or as a fixo splint for emergency first-aid situations.
It may also be used as a partition inside a backpack or kit-boule, thereby increasing buoyancy. It has a positive buoyancy force of 7 N in still water.
